CLHS Tuition Covenant — Academic Year 2021-22

Faith Lutheran Church wishes to partner with members who desire to pursue Christian education. Toward that end, Faith provides tuition support at Calvary Lutheran School, with the understanding that students and families receiving this support regularly attend worship services and Sunday School and that students demonstrate academic effort. This covenant of compliance serves as an affirmation of this partnership as we “encourage one another and build each other up…” (1Thessalonians 5:11).

Tuition support for the 2021-22 school year is budgeted at $1,000 per semester, payable at the beginning of each semester for those students who have met prior attendance and academic effort requirements. Parents are responsible for the remaining tuition balance.

Please complete and submit this form by Tuesday, August 10 to ensure inclusion in the fall 2021 tuition support payment. Use the comment box to inform the Board of concerns or extenuating circumstances (such as health issues or custody arrangements).

We understand and agree with the purpose and intent of the requirement for at least 50% attendance at worship services and Sunday School classes as well as demonstrated academic effort. We will make every effort to comply with these requirements for continued tuition support payments by Faith Lutheran Church for the student listed on this form.
